Thank you for shopping with DFONIX. This policy explains order processing, shipping, and delivery timelines.

1. Order Processing Orders are processed only after successful payment. Processing time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed next working day. Tracking details will be sent via SMS / Email after dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges Shipping cost depends on delivery location and product weight. Order Value Shipping Cost

₹0 – ₹499  -  ₹60 – ₹120

₹500 – ₹999  -  ₹40 – ₹80

Above ₹1000 Free Shipping (selected locations) Exact charges shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Time Tamil Nadu: 2–4 days South India: 3–6 days Rest of India: 4–8 days Remote areas: 5–10 days

4. Courier Partners We ship via Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, and India Post depending on serviceability.

5. Payment & Tracking Orders are shipped only after successful payment through PhonePe / UPI / Cards / Net Banking. Tracking activates within 12–24 hours after dispatch.

6. Failed Delivery Incorrect address or unavailable customer may cause return shipment. Re-delivery requires additional shipping charges.
